Reuben Sandwich on Pretzel Bun

Ingredients

Russian Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Sandwich
4 Brooklyn Beast Buns, halved
¼ to ½ cup Russian Dressing
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 pound corned beef, sliced thin
1 cup sauerkraut, drained

Directions
In a medium bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Spread Russian dressing on the cut side of the buns. Divide evenly between the bottom buns, the cheese slices, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Sandwich with top bun. 

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place sandwiches in the skillet. Cook, covered, until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let rest 2 minutes before serving.
