Turkey Sliders

Ingredients

4 Pretzel buns 

2 cups leftover Thanksgiving turkey , sliced 

4-6 pieces of Swiss or Provolone cheese

1 can Cranberry sauce

1 jar of mayo for spreading 

1 stick of salted butter, melted

1 jar of poppy seeds

 

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Cut the rolls in half and lay down the turkey in an even layer

Spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey and top with Swiss or provolone cheese slices. 

Evenly spread the mayo on the top layer of bread and place on top of the cheese. 

Brush the top of the bread rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the top is brown. Make sure to keep an eye on them when you uncover them so they don’t burn on top.
