City Sliders & Lox

Ingredients
4 City Sliders, split
3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
8 ounces whipped cream cheese, softened (about 1 cup)
3 scallions, thinly sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
12 slices Lox, sliced thin
1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
Fresh dill, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 

Arrange sliders cut side down on a baking sheet. Brush the outside of the sliders with melted butter and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning. Place in the oven and toast for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese and scallions. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Spread cream cheese mixture on the cut side of the slider. Top with lox, cucumber, red onion, capers and dill. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the top and serve open face.

Note: Serve with a cup of coffee.
