Garlic Knot Pretzels with Marinara Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1 OG
2 tablespoons salted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Marinara sauce, warmed for dipping
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place OG on baking sheet.
In a small saucepan over medium heat melt the butter. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Brush pretzel with garlic butter mixture and bake until heated through and fragrant, 5 minutes.
Stir parsley and grated Parmigiano into remaining garlic butter mixture. Remove pretzel from oven and brush with remaining mixture. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
