BBQ Hot Dog on Bronx Buns
Ingredients:
Homemade Coleslaw:
1 (12-ounce) package coleslaw
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Hot dogs:
4 hot dogs
4 bronx buns, toasted
2 cups store-bought BBQ pulled pork, warmed
Homemade Coleslaw, for serving
Pickle chips, for serving
Ketchup, mustard or bbq sauce, for serving
Directions:
In a large bowl combine coleslaw package, mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, Dijon and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Set aside.
Preheat grill and grill hot dogs until slightly charred. Place pulled pork in the bottom of the bun, top with pickle chips, charred hot dog and coleslaw. Serve with desired condiments.
